In-House Alterations
All gowns are manufactured
as close to your individual measurements as possible and usually require slight alteration (unless you are a perfect size
12, 14 etc).
We are unable to provide realistic quote without seeing you in your gown. The cost of alterations depends
on the amount of adjustment required, style of gown and fabric.
Although we do occasionally agree alterations of gowns
not purchased from us we give priority to our Brides and Bridesmaids.
Delivery
We are very happy to deliver your gown to you free of charge if within 5mile radius of Warwick
(small fee outside this area).
Dressing
On
your wedding day we will come to your house and dress you and your bridesmaids to ensure that you all look perfect. Fee
depend on distance, number of gowns to be fitted and start at:-
- £45.00 within 5mile radius of Warwick
- £65.00
for 5-10 mile radius of Warwick

Petticoat
Hire
Petticoats can be hired for £50 (£20 refunded upon return, provided it is
received back in same condition as hired). This is something you can make a decision on at the time of your fittings.
Gown Steaming
All gowns purchased from
Pollyanna's are steamed prior to collection/delivery and stored in a garment cover.
There is a charge of £25.00
for steaming gowns not purchased from Pollyanna's
Payment Plan
To spread the cost of your purchase we offer a 'free-of-charge' payment plan where
you can spread the cost. Many of our brides start saving 12 months before their wedding.
The only criteria
is that we require 50% of the gown(s) price before placing the order with my designers and your account must be fully paid
up before the gown(s) can be released off the premises.
Packing For
Transport
As many brides, these days, marry abroad we can fold and pack the gown(s) in tissue
paper to reduce creasing. We are unable to provide a suitable suitcase so please enquire when ordering your gown for further
information
